Founded by two Edmonton Finance Professionals, 4th Street helps companies prepare for and manage through growth and change in their business. Whether you're a startup looking to take on the world or an entrepreneur trying to figure out how to enjoy it, 4SC can help you make that happen.
4SC was created to fill a gap in the market – it is difficult to find competent and patient transition capital for founders looking to retire. Transition Advisory
4th Street helps owners of small-to-medium sized businesses unlock the value they have built by providing tailored business transition advisory services. Selling your business is likely one of the most significant milestones in your career. Being prepared for this transition is key and starting the preparation as early as possible ensures the best possible outcome at the time of sale.
We’ll work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to transition you out of the day-to-day operations and structure your exit to fit your unique circumstances. We’ll also perform a bottom-up financial analysis of your business today, and what it could be worth with the proper transition plan in place.
When the time comes, we’ll help you navigate the sale process. Our private equity arm, 4th Street Capital, looks for businesses to add to its portfolio and may provide transition capital, depending on your business’ size and other attributes.
